Remodel existing caretakers' apartment in lower level of home, as well as approximately 2000 sq ft of additional unfinished lower level living space.  Caretaker apartment update included two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with tile showers), laundry room, and walk-in closet.  General lower level finish included the addition of a kitchen, billiards area with a custom built-in pool cue rack, living room with unique sandstone wall containing built-in gas fireplace and custom built tv cabinet, and relaxing area with railing.
