We maintain the building rights on each of these lots to ensure that each house built fits into the neighborhood design and protects the value of your investment.
Deciding to buy rural real estate can be a difficult process. At Ganser Construction our many years of experience can simplify this process. You can choose one of our home plans or bring in your own house plan to see how it will fit on different lots before you are required to make a purchase decision. This allows us to ensure that your dream house will fit into the overall plan of the subdivision.
We currently have two subdivisions with lots for sale. Westview Meadows which is located in Waunakee and Parkside Addition which is located in Sauk City.
Westview Meadows Subdivision - Waunakee WI
Westview Meadows is located on the southwest side of Waunakee, west on Woodland Drive. The subdivision is currently in its Second Phase and has five lots remaining for sale. Some lots are available with basement exposure. Westview Meadows is located adjacent to Ripp Park and is connected by a walking path. Ripp Park is an approximately 80 Acre Village Park that consists of baseball diamonds, dog park, tennis courts, and soccer fields. The Waunakee middle and high school are within walking distance of the Westview Meadows subdivision.

Parkside Addition Subdivision - Sauk City WI
Parkside Addition to Sauk City is Located in Sauk City, WI. Sauk City is a hassle free 30 minute commute from Madison. Parkside is located within the Village of Sauk City and is within walking distance of area schools, shopping, and local parks. There is one lot remaining for sale in the subdivision.
Directions: Ganser Construction, Inc.'s Parkside Subdivision is located on the southwest corner of Sauk City. Driving west on Highway 12, north onto Lueders Road, east onto Mulberry Street.
