Project: Remodel existing caretakers' apartment in lower level of home, as well as approximately 2000 Sq Ft of additional unfinished lower level living space. Caretaker apartment updated to include two bedrooms; two bathrooms, with tile showers; laundry room; and walk-in closet. General lower level finish included the addition of a kitchen, billiards area with a custom built-in pool cue rack, living room with unique sandstone wall containing built-in gas fireplace and custom built tv cabinet, and relaxing area with railing.
