Project: Finish approximately 1,100 sq ft lower level space; to include family room with wet bar and gas fireplace; a home office; bedroom; and full bathroom. Working with our client, we incorporated the cultured stone used on the fireplace surround and carried the theme to the wet bar as a backsplash accent. The main level of the home consists of painted trim and this feature was carried throughout the lower level. The maple half wall cap in the family room and the maple newel post also balance features from the main level living space.
