John's personal dedication to each project can't be matched. Despite GCI's tremendous growth, John has remained an integral part of the new home building experience. Alice
Office Manager
Alice has been a part of the GCI team since April 2001. She handles the day to day questions as well as the financials. She holds an Associate Degree in Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing. |

Finish Carpenter
Dan has been a part of the GCI team since January 1977. Dan is meticulous in the detail of each new home. His craftsmanship developed during his 33 years with the company is put into every project. |

Matt
Project Manager
Matt has worked with his father since a very young age. He understands the need to provide quality, service, and price. He focuses his energy on ensuring that each jobsite runs smoothly. Matt holds a Construction Management Degree from M.A.T.C. Matt recently completed the necessary requirements, and holds a Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Certification and Lead-Safe Company Certification. Matt is also a member of Madison Area Builders Association. |

Field Foreman, Framing, and Finish Carpenter
Mike has been a part of the GCI team since June 1995. Mike is an experienced framing and finish carpenter. He is a team leader with a focus on customer satisfaction. |

Randy
Siding and Soffit Specialist
Randy has been a part of the GCI team since May 1987. Randy installs the exterior finishes. He has the unique ability to look at existing siding on a home and identify the brand, which is very helpful on remodeling projects. In addition, Randy is well versed in the framing and rough carpentry stage of new home construction. |

Ian joined the GCI team in September 2005. He is the newest member of the team, and has shown that hard work and dedication to a job well done will ensure a long career ahead. |

Dalton
Shop Manager
Dalton is John's grandson and is in charge of shop clean-up, as well as helping all other Ganser Construction team members.
