Westview Meadows is located on the southwest side of Waunakee. West on Woodland Drive. Westview Meadows is located adjacent to Ripp Park and connected by a walking path. Ripp Park is an approximately 80 Acre Village Park that consists of baseball diamonds, dog park, tennis courts, and soccer fields. The Waunakee middle and high school are within walking distance of the subdivision.

 

Westview Meadows is in Phase II. The second phase offers residential building sites ranging in size from approximately 10,500 square feet to 14,000 square feet. Several of the building sites provide the option of basement exposure.  Most lots are large enough for a three car garage.
