We also provide a comprehensive bid that provides straight forward pricing. Our bids are well thought out during the design phase to include what you want in your home. We do not provide bids with minimal features and later add thousands in add ons. We provide credit back to the client when any actual cost of an allowance is less than the contract allowance.
