Welcome to Harley & Melinda's 1,779 sq ft custom built ranch home in Waunakee. As their home builder, we worked with Harley and Melinda throughout the new home construction process. The exterior finish is a combination of vinyl siding and brick, the home is also highlighted by vinyl shake shingles in the gable and a white vinyl railing on the front stoop. The white vinyl railing system is carried to the exterior deck on the rear elevation of the home. An oak trim package is highlighted throughout their home.
