Can I just get a price over the phone?

As there are many variables that go into determining the price of building a home or completing a remodeling project,  we prefer not to offer an estimate without viewing the project first, as a phone estimate is generally not accurate.

Subdivisions

Where does Ganser Construction, Inc. have subdivisions?

Ganser Construction, Inc. presently has two subdivisions.  The first is Westview Meadows and is located on the southwest side of Waunakee - west on Woodland Drive.  The second is Parkside Addition and is located on the southwest side of Sauk City - north on Lueders Road.

Does Ganser Construction, Inc. build homes other than in their subdivisions?

Ganser Construction, Inc. will build a home on a lot that a client has purchased.  We will complete a field study of the site to determine suitability.

Warranty Program

What type of warranty program does Ganser Construction, Inc. offer?

Ganser Construction, Inc. offers a one year builder's warranty. Most manufacturers will have their own warranty for their specific product.
