The Ganser Construction, Inc. step-by-step building process
- We will meet with you to discuss building needs, desires, and dreams for your new home; complete a field inspection of the lot with you to determine suitability for building; and discuss time frame of completing your new home.
- We will work with you to design and have building plans drawn, discuss home features, and the preliminary costs involved.
- We will meet with you and review the building proposal and determine a building schedule
- We will assist you as you make selections for your new home
- We encourage you to visit the site often and talk with us about anything you don't understand or any questions that you may have.
- When your home is finished we will have an orientation, familiarizing you with the operation of your new home and furnish you with a homeowner's manual for future reference.
